• All applicable Colorado bingo & raffle laws

• Participate in our bingo sessions

• Submit information to us

Nonprofits applying for bingo sessions must follow all Colorado Secretary of State regulations.

3. Website Content

All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, rules, session information, and promotional materials—is owned by Bingo Oasis or licensed to us.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute any content

• Use our branding without permission

• Use our content for commercial purposes

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the Site’s operation

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes

• Upload harmful code, viruses, or bots

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others

• Engage in abusive behavior at our bingo hall

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access for violations.

5. Nonprofit Applications

Nonprofits applying to host bingo sessions must agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Maintain a valid Colorado bingo/raffle license

• Comply with all state regulations

• Follow Bingo Oasis policies and security procedures

Bingo Oasis may deny or terminate any nonprofit partnership at our discretion.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

• Error-free or uninterrupted service

• Accuracy of posted session times, jackpots, or promotions

• That the Site will be secure or free from viruses

Session times and jackpots may change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bingo Oasis is not liable for:

• Damages arising from use of the Site

• Inaccurate information

• Losses from canceled or altered bingo sessions

• Interruptions in service

• Third-party actions or errors

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.

8. Ticket & Prize Terms

By participating in bingo sessions:

• All prizes must be claimed according to posted rules

• You must comply with session rules and instructions

• Decisions made by Bingo Oasis staff or Game Managers are final

• Fraud or rule violations may result in removal

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
